Motherwort is a herbaceous perennial in the mint family. It has been traditionally used as a tonic for strengthening the heart, as a nervine; helping calm frayed nerves and easing anxiety as well as helping to ease menstrual cramps and PMS.
This product is packaged in a kraft zipper pouch-bag to keep the leaves and flowers protected from moisture and sunlight.
